These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop as well as to our other offers and services. By placing your order or confirming it, you agree to them.

We sell physical, mostly handmade, one-of-a-kind items.

Since many of our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in color, structure or grain compared to the product images.
These deviations are due to material and production factors and do not constitute a defect.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding offer.
A contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.

• All prices are quoted in CHF.

• No VAT is charged, as vaga.studio applies the small business regulation according to Art. 10 MWSTG (turnover < 100,000 CHF per year).

• Shipping costs will be shown separately.

• Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

We deliver:

• within Switzerland

• as well as small goods within the EU

Shipping costs are displayed during the order process.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional costs may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer. If we currently do not ship to a particular country, we will inform you after receiving your order.

• Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

• Delivery times are indicated in the online shop.

• Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are reasonable.

The following payment methods are available:

• Credit card, TWINT, PayPal, prepayment
   

Payment is made during the ordering process.

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

Unused items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Detailed instructions can be found here .

Conditions for a return:

• The item is unused and undamaged.

• The item is in its original condition

We do NOT offer refunds for cash or card payments; instead, we will exchange your product for a voucher. If you haven't yet paid for your product, we can update your invoice for you.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The products remain your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Please pack the products carefully to prevent damage during transit. You will receive your refund as soon as we receive the product.

Some types of goods are excluded from returns.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Any defects or transport damage must be reported to us in writing within 5 days.

We sell physical, mostly handmade, one-of-a-kind items made of textile and wood.

Due to the handcrafted production and natural materials, slight variations in color, structure or grain may occur compared to the product images.

Such deviations are due to the production process and do not constitute a defect.

We manufacture durable and repairable products, and the statutory warranty of 2 years applies under Swiss law.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by improper use

• lack of care

• normal wear and tear

• age-related wear and tear

In these cases, repair or replacement costs may arise.
We will of course inform you in advance, before any costs are incurred.

We are not liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item and would like to exchange it, please send us an email to mail@vaga.studio . Please wait for our confirmation before sending us any products.

Of course, we will repair or replace defective or damaged items. However, in cases of damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to pass on any resulting costs.

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
