National shipping

Shipping within Switzerland usually takes 3–4 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 200.

International shipping

International shipping is possible. The package will be sent and registered by Swiss Post. Please note that customs duties and local VAT may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are your responsibility. The VAT rate varies by country.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction with your order is important to us. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return period. Please inform us by email at mail@vaga.studio that you wish to return a product. Please always send the complete item in its original packaging with all tags to the address we will provide you with by email.

We do NOT offer refunds for cash or card payments; instead, we will exchange the product for a voucher. If you haven't yet paid for the product, we can update your invoice.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The products remain your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Please pack the products carefully to prevent damage during transit. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product.

Some types of goods are excluded from returns. Items with a merchandise value below CHF 60, as well as sale items and personalized items, cannot be returned.

REPAIR &
EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with an item and would like to exchange it, please send us an email to vagastudio@proton.me . Please wait for our confirmation before sending us any products.
Of course, we will repair or replace defective or damaged items.
In the case of damage caused by improper use or normal age-related wear and tear, we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.
